Been awhile

It has been quite awhile since my last visit here. I have been doing quite a bit of soul searching. How about you?

I know I touched base on eating styles and I think I have finally narrowed it down. The reason so many people are struggling with weight and other health issues. It is not just been a diet issue but rather a lifestyle issue.

We as a nation are becoming so busy that convenience is believed to be a must. When you are working full times jobs and running your children around, you do the quickest thing you can. This doesn't have to be those processed foods or eating out though.

There is some planning involved as well as determination. There isn't a quick fix. It is in the end going to get easier. The routine you make yourself work at will start to pay for itself in how you feel. You can do this and we all must do this.

So here it is, the ultimate lifestyle change you need. Meal prepping to avoid those preservative packed quick meals and yes, exercise. I kown this sounds daunting especially when we already feel run down and exhausted but I promise, it can be done. Keep following to learn some of the hacks I have learned to make it happen.
